Since 2020 our 3 bay USA handgun block has been the mainstay accessory for all models of our world class Canatek Gun Boxes. In 2025 we added CNC cut out slots in the base of our handgun block so that it may be easily moved within the gun tray and secured in place. This has provided an instant solution to easily accommodate target handguns like the Pardini or Hammerli to large firearms like the Smith and Wesson 500.
For the first time, we are offering our customers with existing gun boxes such as the Pachmayr or home made gun boxes, to upgrade the ride for their pistols when heading to the range.
The design of our handgun block is second to none and is fully compatible for use with target handguns using hand conforming grips and all types of optics.
Our products are manufactured using the best materials money can buy. From USA sourced commercial closed cell rubber, 6/6 Nylon rod, and hardware from America's largest commercial distributor.
We invite you to take a close look at the time, effort , and skill which goes into the manufacturing of our handgun block. From the base with CNC cut out slots, to the extruded nylon base for the dividers, to the hardwood dividers themselves. Our closed cell rubber which is meticulously cut out on a CNC machine will not hold moisture or give off gases that could adversely affect the finish on your precious handguns. Our dividers are lined top to bottom with industrial grade felt.
All wooden components are finished in satin black using a durable industrial coating also imported from the USA. The indestructible 5/8" 6/6 nylon pin is machined on a metal lathe in our shop.
The base of the gun block with the slots is 7 7/8" X 7 7/8" square. Please check the inside dimensions of your gun tray before ordering. The hardware to install the gun block into your gun tray is included.
